products
with a continuous cycle.
Advantages
The machine body incorporates a device allowing to:
- pull automatically the film;
- form the bag;
- seal and cut.
Functioning
The operations described here above are obtained by an input
given from a cyclic
automatism or controlled by the dosers. The items to be packed
are introduced into the hopper and descend into the bag forming
group to the film previously sealed.
Base Supply
The bag forming group is made in stainless steel.
Thermoadjustable sealing devices with static functioning and
timer impulse. Electronic adjustment determining the bag length.
Devices and protections in conformity with CE rules.
Usable Film
Monoreel film or smooth sheet reel. Low or high density polyethylene
(60/100 micron).
Co-extruded polyethylene. Co-extruded or laminated polypropylene,
standard or
microperforated. Double sealing films.
VIBROCELL - Electronic dosing unit
VIBROCELL is an electronic weighing machine suitable for granulated
products :
- pasta
- cereals
- biscuits
- candies, etc.
VIBROCELL operates thanks to an electromechanical system that
generates vibrations at 50 Hz halfwave.
The oscillations of the vibrating channel are controlled by
a microprocessor.
Depending on the type of product the oscillations varies the
sliding speed thus enabling to obtain an accurate dosing.
Through the digital display it is possible to program the required
weight.

The dosing device consists of:
1. Loading hopper made in stainless steel
2. Vibrating channel made in stainless steel
3. Electromagnetic unloading basin
4. Digital keyboard for the dose programmation
5. Adjustment of 1st speed
